Our Conveyancing Team will assist you whether you are purchasing or selling a property, it's important to know the steps involved in a conveyancing transaction, budget for your costs and outlay, including the stamp duty and registration fees. We will guide you through the various stages of the transaction process whilst ensuring the legal process goes as smoothly as possible.
Asset Finance
We offer in house Mortgage Based Services. This is a pioneering service in the TRNC as we are the only Conveyancing Firm to hold a finance license to offer both our Clients Conveyancing and Mortgage Services under one roof.
Asset Management
Our Trust Management Company provides clients with a facility to hold their Title Deeds in the name of our Trust Asset Management Company. This is ideal for clients who wish to use this facility for Investment purposes or do not wish to take title to their property immediately
