Ayhan Erciyas

M.D

Ayhan Erciyas is Managing Director of EB Sener Consultancy Limited, which was co-founded in 2003 in Kyrenia North Cyprus. The Company has since developed into Ayhan Erciyas & Associates Ltd, and is an umbrella company for EB Sener Consultancy Limited, Black Rock Asset Management Limited and Black Rock Finance Limited.

Ayhan initially started her career as Conveyancing Executive and has a wealth of expertise in Conveyancing, Property, Company Formation and Investment. Alongside her team she deals with residential and commercial property clients, acting for both individuals and a number of prestige clients with large property portfolios held for development and investment purposes.

Ayhan and her team are proud to work in association with UK law firm Hugh Jones LLP, which was the first for any Company in the TRNC to offer simultaneous conveyancing services in the UK and TRNC.

As part of her 20 year vision, Ayhan has developed the Company to offer a number of services under the umbrella company of Ayhan Erciyas & Associates Ltd. Black Rock Asset Management Ltd, provides a Trust option for Clients as an alternative to property ownership when buying in North Cyprus. Ayhan has also obtained a finance licence for Black Rock Asset Finance Limited, and has become a market leader in assisting foreign clients to attain mortgages for their investments in North Cyprus.

Ayhan has created a highly efficient and contemporary practice that caters for the needs of all international clients, local clients and businesses, and invisages for the Company to continue to develop to meet the growing needs of an expanding and diverse market.

Pembe Kuyucuogullari

Office coordinator and P.A to MD

Pembe joined the firm in 2007. Her role involves a great deal of multitasking, overseeing the operations within the firm, coordinating office activities and operations, to secure efficiency and compliance to the firms policies.

Pembe further acts as a first point of contact to our managing director Ayhan Erciyas, dealing with corespondents and phone calls, managing diaries, organizing meetings and appointments

Hasan Hurtan (BsC)

Office Clerk

Joined the firm in 2017, and oversees a variety of clerical and administrative duties in the firm, including preparation of documents, updating the firms records, liaising with government offices, following up and obtaining government required permissions on behalf of clients.

Hasan also provides outdoor support to all members of staff insuring that all out of office procedures are completed in an efficient manner.

Nurten Zaim (LL.B (Hons)

Head of Legal

Nurten joined the firm in 2018. Nurten completed her formal training at the Office of the Attorney General. She was called to the TRNC Bar in 2012. After working for a period of 5 years with a well-known law firm in Kyrenia before joining Ayhan Erciyas and Associates. She handles all forms of Case Law.

Nurten also assists and undertakes representation of clients with their financial needs.

Sergei Kropanev (BsC, MSC)

Russian conveyancing advisor

Sergei joined the firm in 2014. Sergei provides consultancy services for Russian and Non-Russian speakers. Sergei provides Russian support for conveyancing consultations, residence issues, legal advice and business in TRNC.

Sumaya Klohr (LL.B (Hons)

Head of Conveyancing

Sumaya joined the firm in 2014. Sumaya has over 10 years of experience in the field of conveyancing. Sumaya deals with foreign investors, assisting them in developing their property portfolios while ensuring that the process is carried out as swiftly and efficiently as possible.

Ivy Saruchera (BsC, Masters)

Receptionist

Ivy joined the firm in 2018 and performs the duties of answering client enquiries and providing information about the firms services, answering incoming calls and directing clients to their point of contact as well as assisting clients in arranging appointments.

Ivy also acts as an administrative assistant to all members of staff.

Esma Erdegör

Senior Legal Secretary

Esma joined the firm in 2007 and has worked in the legal industry since 1997. Esma deals with transfer of Title Deeds, Ministry Of Interior applications and liaises with all government offices on behalf of our clients.

Marides Amodia

Guest relations coordinator

Marides joined the firm in 2016, as a guest relations coordinator. Marides performs the duties of insuring that the office environment is kept to a high standard, offering a welcoming atmosphere to all visiting clients. Marides also ensures that clients are met with a high standard of hospitality.
